 hallenged 2016-17
DESCRIPTION:We are glad to inform you that you have been invited to take pa
 rt in North Zone Selection Chess Tournament for the Visually Challenged wh
 ich will be held at Faridabad from 30th December\, 2016 to 1 st January\, 
 2017. This tournament is organized by Haryana Chess Association for the Bl
 ind\, Haryana under the aegis of All India Chess Federation for the Blind 
 (AICFB). We take this opportunity to thank Haryana Chess Association for t
 he Blind\, Haryana for their whole hearted support to AICFB and chess for 
 the blind as a whole.\nVenue: - Faridabad\, Haryana.\n\nDetails of the Tou
 rnament:\n\n 	Lodging &amp\; boarding will be provided from 29th December 
 (evening) to 2 nd January (morning).\n 	Top 25 players will select for Nat
 ional ‘B’ Chess Championship.\n 	Last National ‘A’ championship wa
 s held at Virar\, Maharashtra\, 2016 selected players are not allowed to\n
 play zonal tournament\, and they are qualified direct to play National ‘
 B’. National ‘B’ direct entry Rs. 8\,000/-\nand for those who have p
 layed zonal (Faridabad\, 2016-17) but not selected for National ‘B’ fo
 r them Rs.\n2000/- donor fee. Escorts are not allowed without prior approv
 al\, Escorts accompanying players without\napproval has to pay (Rs 2\,500)
  for their lodging and boarding charges or make their own arrangements.\n 
 	All players must pay AICFB annual registration fee of Rs. 50/-. The playe
 rs who have already paid these\nfees need not pay for this year but they h
 ave to produce the receipt for the same.\n 	Tournament will be played on S
 wiss league basis according to FIDE &amp\; IBCA rules.\n 	Final function w
 ill be on 1 st January evening\, attendance is compulsory.\n 	All the play
 ers have to strictly follow the AICFB rules any miss conduct will not be t
 olerated.\n 	Confirm your participation by sending E-mail and also inform 
 by phone or SMS to organizers on or before 15th December 2016.\n
