SUMMARY:National Open Fide Rating Chess Tournament for the Blind
DESCRIPTION:Dear Chess Players\,\n\nWe are glad to inform you that you have
  been invited to take part in National Open FIDE Rating Chess tournament f
 or the blind which will be held at Ahmadabad Gujarat from 4th November to 
 7th November 2014. Venue:- B.P.A.\,Dr.Jagdish Patel Chowk\, Near I.M. Vast
 rapur\, Ahamadabad\, Gujrat-380015 This tournament is organised by Gujarat
  Chess Association For Visually Challenged Under the ages of All India Che
 ss Federation For the blind (AICFB). \n\nDetails of the tournament:\n\nLod
 ging & boarding will be provided from 3 rd November 2014 evening to 8 th N
 ovember 2014 morning \nTotal prize money of the tournament is Rs 50\,000/-
  \nAll players have to bring their own equipment for writing the game. Wri
 ting of game is compulsory.\n Escorts are not allowed without prior approv
 al\, Escorts accompanying players without approval has to\n   pay Rs 2\,00
 0 /- for their lodging and boarding charges or make their own arrangements
 .\nAll players must pay AICFB annual registration fee of Rs. 50/- and pay 
 Rs. 250 annual registration fee of AICF . Both above mention registration 
 fees are annual in nature has to pay once in a financial year. After payin
 g these registration fees\, Players will have benefit to play as many tour
 naments in sighted and blind with out paying registration fee in this fina
 ncial year. The players who have already paid these fees need not pay for 
 this year but they have to produce the receipt for the same. \n Tournament
  Final function will will be be played on 7 th on November Swiss league 20
 14 evening\, basis according attendance to FIDE is compulsory. & IBCA rule
 s.\nAll the players have to strictly follow the AICFB rules any miss condu
