 us NEW YEAR. We are glad to inform you that you have been invited Nagercoi
 l\,Tamilnadu to take part in From National 28 th\nFebruary Open Fide to ra
 ting 3 rd March Chess 2015.Venu:.Rotary tournament for the Community blind
  which Hall\, will Opposite be held to at\nCollector office\, Nagercoil\,T
 amilnadu. This tournament will be Jointly Organized by Tamil Nadu Braille 
 Chess Association & Rotary Club of Nagercoil Central and Rotary Club of We
 st Nagercoil in association with Kanyakumari District Chess association an
 d will be Supported by Rotary International District 3212 to which Rotary 
 Club of Nagercoil Central and Rotary Club of West Nagercoil belongs to und
 er the ages of All India Chess Federation for the Blind (AICFB).\n\nDetail
 s of the tournament:\n\n	Lodging & boarding will be provided from 27 th Fe
 bruary 2015 evening to 4th March 2015 morning\n	Total prize money of the t
 ournament is Rs. 45\,000/- (25 Prizes) and 3 Trophies.\n	All players have 
 to bring their own equipment for writing the game. Writing of game is comp
 ulsory. \n	Escorts are not allowed without prior approval\, Escorts accomp
 anying players without approval has to pay Rs 2\,000 /- for their lodging 
 and boarding charges or make their own arrangements. \n	All players must p
 ay AICFB annual registration fee of Rs. 50/- and pay Rs. 250 annual regist
 ration fee of AICF. Both above mention registration fees are annual in nat
 ure has to pay once in a financial year. After paying these registration f
 ees\, Players will have benefit to play as many tournaments in sighted and
  blind with out paying registration fee in this financial year. The player
 s who have already paid these fees need not pay for this year but they hav
 e to produce the receipt for the same.\n	Tournament Final function will wi
 ll be be played on 3 rd on March Swiss 2015 league evening\, basis attenda
 nce according to is FIDE & IBCA rules.\ncompulsory.\n	All the players have
  to strictly follow the AICFB rules any miss conduct will not be tolerated
