DESCRIPTION:Dear North Zone Chess players\,\nWe are glad to inform tourname
 nt for the blind you that you have been invited which will be held at NAB\
 , New to Delhi take from part 29\nin th North September Zone Selection to 
 1 st\nOctober\, Chess 2014. This tournament is organized by NAB\, New Delh
 i under the aegis of All India Chess Federation for the Blind (AICFB). We 
 take this opportunity to thank NAB\, New Delhi for their whole Hearted sup
 port to AICFB and chess for the blind as a whole. Venue is National Associ
 ation for the Blind\, Sector 5\, R.K. Puram\, New Dehli\, 110022\, Near Mu

 rovided from 28th September Evening to 2 nd\n	October\,2014 Morning will b
 e provided.\n	Top 20 players from this tournament will qualify to particip
 ate in ‘National B chess Championship’ paneltimate tournament to selec
 t Indian team of blind players for forth coming ‘Olympiad .\n	Top 5 woma
 n and 5 junior (under 19th years) players also will be selected for their 
 respective\n‘National Championships’ from this tournament \n	The champ
 ionship will be conducted as per FIDE and IBCA rules (international) under
  Swizz legue system. The draws of each round will be taken with the help o
 f computer program\, no manual intervention in this process.\n	Last Nation
 al ‘A’ championship was held at Vasai. Maharashtra\, 2014\, selected p
 layers are not allowed to play zonal tournament and they are qualified dir
 ect to play National ‘B’. For National ‘B’\, direct entry Rs. 8\,0
 00/- and for those who have played zonal but not selected for National ‘
 B’ for them Rs. 2000/- donor fee. Escorts are not allowed without prior 
 approval\, Escorts accompanying players without approval has to pay for th
 eir lodging and boarding charges or make their own arrangements. \n	All pl
 ayers must pay AICFB annual registration fee of Rs. 50/-. The players who 
 have already\npaid these fees need not pay for this year but they have to 
 produce the receipt for the same.\n	Final function will be on 1st October 
 evening\, attendance is compulsory.\n	All the players have to strictly fol
 low the AICFB rules any miss conduct will not be tolerated. \n	 Confirm yo
 ur participation by sending E-mail and also inform by phone or SMS to orga
 nizers on or before 29 September 2014.\n
