DESCRIPTION:We are glad to inform you that you have been invited to take pa
 rt in West Zone Selection Chess Tournament for the Visually Challenged whi
 ch will be held at Amravati from 9th December to 12th December\, 2016.\nTh
 is tournament is organized by Bharatiya Andhajan Vikas & Punarwasan Sansth
 a (ADRBI) under the aegis of all India Chess Federation for the Blind (AIC
 FB). We take this opportunity to thank Bharatiya Andhajan Vikas & Punarwas
 an Sanstha (ADRBI) for their whole hearted support to AICFB and chess for 
 the blind as a whole. \nVenue: Tompe College Chandurbazar\, Amaravati Road
 \, Taluka-Chandurbazar\, District-Amravati\\\n\nDetails of the Tournament:
 \n\n \n 	Lodging & boarding will be provided from 8th December (evening) t
 o 13th December (morning).\n 	Top 25 players will select for National ‘B
 ’ Chess Championship.\n 	Last National ‘A’ championship was held at 
 Virar\, Maharashtra\, 2016 selected players are not allowed to play zonal 
 tournament\, and they are qualified direct to play National ‘B’. Natio
 nal ‘B’ direct entry Rs. 8\,000/- and for those who have played zonal 
 (Amravati\, 2016) but not selected for National ‘B’ for them Rs. 2000/
 - donor fee. Escorts are not allowed without prior approval\, Escorts acco
 mpanying players without approval has to pay (Rs 2\,500) for their lodging
  and boarding charges or make their own arrangements.\n 	All players must 
 pay AICFB annual registration fee of Rs. 50/-. The players who have alread
 y paid these fees need not pay for this year but they have to produce the 
 receipt for the same.\n 	Tournament will be played on Swiss league basis a
 ccording to FIDE & IBCA rules.\n 	Final function will be on 12th December 
 evening\, attendance is compulsory.\n 	All the players have to strictly fo
 llow the AICFB rules any miss conduct will not be tolerated.\n 	Confirm yo
