Accommodation will be provided from the evening of 10th September to the evening of 14th September 2025. Participants arriving earlier must make their own arrangements.

All west zone state secretaries and coordinators must ensure player registrations are completed on the AICFB ChessMitra Portal (https://chessmitra.aicfb.in) and submit their state entries to AICFB via email on or before 31st August, 2025.
AICFB strives to provide decent accommodation and meals to all players and approved escorts on a best-effort basis, depending on sponsorship availability. No fees are charged for accommodation, meals, or participation in the tournament. We aim to reduce the challenges faced by players. However, any player or escort requiring additional comfort may arrange their own stay as per their preferences.
